Software Support Specialist for Kubinski Business Systems, a locally owned computer systems integrator with offices in Erie, PA and Hagertown, MD that focuses on the restaurant and retail point-of-sale, time and attendance, and digital copier markets. The applicant will be responsible for installing and configuring the software, support calls related to these applications, and installing all equipment and networks required to run these vertical software packages. To qualify, you should possess the following experience: PC hardware troubleshooting and Windows networking knowledge; desire to work in a diverse and rapidly changing environment; strong problem solving and planning skills; excellent communications skills; software application programming experience is a plus.
