Gannon University, an NCAA Division II Catholic university, invites applications for full-time Assistant Football Coach (Wide Receiver Coach and Recruiting Coordinator) position to begin July 1, 2008. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching, recruiting, team practice and scheduling, program administration and budgeting. Will serve as the primary contact with the Admissions Office for the football program and will develop and maintain the football program’s recruiting efforts.
Requirements include: a Bachelor’s Degree; three years’ coaching experience at the post secondary level and/or professional competitive experience; working knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations. Candidate must have strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be committed to the academic and athletic success of the student-athlete Must be able to support and promote the University’s mission.
