The qualified candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and trouble-shooting PC hardware and Windows XP/Vista/Server 2003, Active Directory, Group Policy, and file, print, and email servers. He or she also will possess strong problem-solving and planning skills and excellent communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with DNS, LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, VoIP, networking, or software application programming experience is a plus. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
