Blair LLC is excited to announce that Express will be launching an e-commerce web site, ExpressFashion.com, and is looking for call center associates to work exclusively on the Express brand.
Express is the preferred young, sexy, and sophisticated designer brand for work and casual wear among fashion-forward young women and men.
We have more than 20,000 associates, operate more than 620 retail stores in the United States and generate $1.8 billion in sales annually.
We’re looking for customer-service oriented candidates, but we also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications, while talking to customers, is a necessity. But most important, you must enjoy listening to, analyzing and solving problems. You’ll need to think on your feet, ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Call center experience is a plus.
